This blog is my barefoot running diary. The title says it all. Before this blog, I had next to nil experience with running. I log here my experiences and learning. My naivete is apparent throughout. I'll be the first to say it. Whenever I learn something new, I look back at earlier posts and shake my head. I'm sure I'll look back at this week's posts and chuckle later on.

Eventually, however, I won't be a noo runner anymore, and my blog will be more about my adventures and less about what I'm learning. At that point, the title of the blog will be a little less correct, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

This blog targets people learning to run barefoot, particularly those without shod running experience.
